On the stores page, set up the Export Options. All of the categories set on this page also need to first be set up on the Company page just like the other reporting categories. Entity Number is not needed for quickbooks.
[[File:Export Options.png|none|thumb|Export Options]]

On the Categorized Sales report, select the dates for the export and click the “Export File” link to export an iif file for quickbooks to import.
[[File:Export File.png|none|thumb|Export File]]

In quickbooks, navigate to “File” > “Utilities” > “Import” > “IIF files” and then select the file you wich to import. If there are any problems with the file, the quickbooks will NOT import the data. In this case, make sure that the reporting categories are set up correctly with the proper account numbers and names that match your quickbooks accounts and names exactly. Also verify the Export options on the Store page. If you make any changes, create a new export file on the Categorized Sales report page and try the import in quickbooks with the new file.

If the import succeeded, you should be able to look up the journal entry and view reports.
